ABOUT
MY STORY
I’ve always had an eye for space and I am naturally drawn to the challenge of making a home feel bigger, brighter, and more functional. Over the past 30+ years, that instinct has become my signature strength: creating space where there was no space before.
My work begins long before the paint colors and finishes. I specialize in reviewing architectural plans and identifying opportunities that others might overlook—improving flow, maximizing functionality, and preventing costly mistakes before construction begins. Whether I’m reimagining a single room or guiding a full-home remodel, I approach every project with clarity, creativity, and respect for your budget.
Design is not just about making things beautiful; it’s about making them work for you. That’s why I act as your partner throughout the entire process, helping you make smart, thoughtful decisions with confidence.
On a more personal note… I am disheartened by the extreme waste in the design industry. I'm committed to helping recycle and reuse as much as possible. I'm proudly an ambassador for Make it Home Bay Area where we accept household donations and use them to furnish homes for those in need.
I'm originally from Grosse Pointe, Michigan, and have lived in the Bay Area for 38 years. As a true Michigander, water is my true love and I can't get enough of the ocean and the Bay. If you swim, paddle or surf - join me!
